Exchanges
• We offer size exchanges on all our products, subject to availability.
• All exchanges will go through a quality check by our team.
We reserve the right to decline an exchange if:
• The product(s) are worn, missing tags, or the dust bag.
• The product(s) are damaged.
Additional Exchange Information:
• Customers must cover the shipping costs for returning the product.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 3-4 business days.
Refunds
As per our policy, cancellations and refunds are not allowed once an order has been placed.
